The dosing scale is designed to ensure precision and reliable product dispensing.
The weight is measured using a ‘weigh hopper’ mounted on four load cells, with a maximum capacity of 200 kg (customizable according to specific requirements).
The dosing is performed via a screw conveyor driven by an electric motor controlled by an inverter, ensuring precise regulation of the dosing speed, or alternatively, via a chute connected to pneumatic vibrators.
The dosing scale is equipped with a pneumatic vibration system.
An additional advantage of this solution is its ease of management and handling. The structure is mounted on four swivel wheels with brakes, allowing for easy movement and stable locking during use.
